What’s your name, age, and where are you from?

My name is Jennifer and I am 24 years old. I am from the UK. I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years now which is crazy!

After my first year of personal training it hit me how much of a difference i could make in peoples lives by advising them on all things from diet and fitness to sleep and dating! I spend over 60 hours a week training women and men of all ages so have learnt a lot about people during that time.

I am a professional in health and fitness but i do dabble in other subjects such as cooking, skincare, makeup and more.

When i realised the effect i could have on peoples lives, i decided to start an online blog so i could widen my audience and share my knowledge and advice with more people.

What’s your blog’s focus?

I want to share with my readers how to make life a happier, healthier and more active one. That is why you will find posts on exercise, beauty, nutrition, cooking, and others. I dedicated this blog to readability so that everyone can understand the content in each post easily.
I am very excited about the future of this website and hope that it will continue to grow as time goes on.

That is what my blog focuses on – making life happy and healthy through exercising and taking care of yourself in general.

What are the top topics of your blog?

Top topics would have to be exercise, beauty, and health. Food is a major part of this site in particular so you will find many posts that are related to cooking and what to eat. I will also continue writing content on other topics like beauty, relationships, love and dating tips – those kinds of things. It’s all about living an enjoyable life happy and healthy.

What is the theme of your blog? (Casual, professional etc.)

I would say that my blog has a fun vibe to it because I want people who visit this page to feel relaxed and comfortable. I write about things that are interesting to me, and for people to be able to pick up on my positive energy. I want to be able to offer actionable advice for everyday people.

How often does your blog get updated?

I try to update it at least twice per week with a new post. It’s something I enjoy so much that I end up spending a lot of time working on it – and had to force myself not to always be writing content on it because I do have things I need to do in real life! But when I am free, then I can spend hours just writing posts.
