Your fitness should be linked to your overall wellbeing, don't obsess about being fit but instead focus on feeling healthy and having a positive attitude towards your wellness.  If you get that right first then your fitness should be a lot easier.

Choose nutrient dense foods and know what you are eating and where it came from.  From the ground is best, from a packet or tin is maybe not so good.  Avoid too much red meat and fill your plate with healthy greens. 

Create a simple beauty routine that works best with your budget, lifestyle and work commitments.  Looking good is about feeling good first.

Get plenty of bright light during the day, block out all the light at night, avoid using your phone in bed and wear an eye mask and ear plugs. 

Worry about your appearance second and your mental wellbeing first. Eat well and go for long walks daily. It gets easier after 2-3 months.
